"Last fall we had Victor Smith finish part of our basement. Three rooms were added and a walk-in closet. Victor helped us design the layout. One room was a full bath with tiled floor and custom floor to ceiling vanity with cupboards. A large corner 4'x 4' shower was installed; it is loved by all the family. As part of the bathroom work, Victor added a second water heater to our home that has an isolation manifold in case of failure from one or the other tank. He finished the rooms with trim, electrical outlets, lighting, and HVAC ducts. He painted all the trim and doors with enamel, textured the ceiling, and painted the walls. He built a deep window well that serves as an egress point. Before he began the work, he gave me an estimate and did not go over. During construction our carpets were covered with adhesive plastic, our belongings were covered, and clean up was done after. His work was high craftsmanship, we are very pleased. We have had no call-backs and been happy with our new addition."

I've had our homes painted a number of times in the past, this was the best painting experience we've had. Holes filled, siding nailed back, checked for rot, and ground to roof coverage without getting paint on our shingles. His price was very reasonable."

"I asked Victor to fix our sump pump and add a battery back-up pump. He built the inside manifold, installed the back-up pump, and run the line outside into an air-gap joint that led underground. The underground pipe was then taken out to a slope in our yard with a pop-up head for sump water. I like the set up and makes mowing the lawn so much easier. Great job and good price. He has our highest recommendation."
